  1. The PrintCards popup collects the parameters to pass to the PrintCards
  2. program.  First you can choose to send your output to the printer or to
  3. a file.  Then you can choose the type of cards: shelf list (Id), title
  4. list (Title), author list (Author), or subject list (Subject).  Then you
  5. can provide an optional "only" expression and finally you can select
  6. either large (5x8) or small (3x5) cards (assumes 12point pitch printer
  7. font).

  9. The Print button launches the print operation.  The Cancel button
  10. cancels the print operation and the Help button shows this text.
